Dr. Katibe Sinem Coruk, Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Engineering, has been awarded funding by TÜBİTAK for her project titled “Evaluation of Sesame Hull Byproducts Generated During Tahini Production as Functional Food Ingredients Within a Zero-Waste Approach,” has been awarded funding by TÜBİTAK. We congratulate our faculty member on this project, which will be conducted at the Department of Food Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, and wish her continued success in her work.
