Course Objective
Knowing the definition and classification of antinutritionel substances in the feed, the effect of antinutritione material, teaching elimination methods, using them according to the animal species
Brief Content of the Course
Description of antinutritionel material in feed, classification, substances affecting the digestion of proteins (trypsin, chymotrypsin, lectins, phenolic compounds), substances affecting the digestion carbohydrate digestion (amylase engellyici, phenolic compounds,) substances which reduces the utilization of mineral substances (glikosinolat, phytic acid, oxalic acid , gossypol), immune stimulating substances (antigenic proteins), vitamins inactivate substances or compounds which increase the vitamin requirement.
