The Digital Culture, Gaming, and Society Club organized a panel titled “Women in the Digital World: Visibility, Equality, and Struggle.”

As part of the International Women's Day events on March 8, the Digital Culture, Gaming, and Society Club, under the academic supervision of Dr. Aybüke İnan Şimşek, a faculty member of our department, and with the support of our university's Social Contribution Coordination Office, organized a panel titled “Women in the Digital World: Visibility, Equality, and Struggle” on March 9 at the Şehit Ömer Halisdemir Congress and Culture Center, Hall 1071. “Women in the Digital World: Visibility, Equality, and Struggle.”  Dr. Şeyda Güdek Gölçek, a faculty member of our department, chaired the panel, while Dr. Günseli Durmaz contributed as a speaker. The panel discussed women's visibility in the digital world, the struggle for equality, and the structural problems encountered. The event concluded with a productive discussion, enriched by the questions and contributions of the participants.
