PO1: Ability to internalize the information provided at the veterinary technician level and apply it when necessary.

PO2: Ability to interpret, evaluate, analyze, and synthesize the information received, and to work independently, plan, and manage.

PO3: Ability to have a sense of professional and ethical responsibility and to follow legislation.

PO4: Ability to speak at least one foreign language.

PO5: Have knowledge of laboratory work, be familiar with laboratory equipment, and actively use it. Have knowledge of chemical substances and can actively use them. Know personal safety precautions.

PO6: Knows and can interpret the basic anatomy, physiology, and biochemical properties of pets and farm animals.

PO7: Recognizes the species and breeds of pets and farm animals, their basic characteristics, and has the ability to know and apply their husbandry techniques.

PO8: Has a professional approach to the health problems of pets and farm animals and acquires first aid skills.

PO9: Knows and can apply the breeding and production techniques of pets and farm animals.

PO10: Knows the basics of basic animal nutrition for pets and farm animals, has an understanding of ration preparation, and is familiar with feed ingredients.

PO11: Ability to assist a veterinarian during examinations, imaging, and surgical procedures, and to carry out all procedures planned by the veterinarian.

PO12: Knows the rights of humans, animals, and animal owners, animal welfare, and ethical principles, and has the ability to demonstrate these principles in all practices.
