PÇ1	Ability to follow theoretical and practical innovations emerging in the fields of economics, international relations, language, literature, history, art history, sociology, geography, etc., concerning the societies within the Eurasian geography, and to perform interdisciplinary interpretation, analysis, and evaluation in these fields.
PÇ2	Ability to apply interdisciplinary research methods to various study areas concerning the Eurasian geography in accordance with scientific research ethical rules.
PÇ3	Ability to analyze broad and complex issues pertaining to Eurasia and the Turkic World by integrating methods and theories from multiple disciplines within the humanities and social sciences (history, international relations, geography, anthropology, language, etc.).
PÇ4	Possession of knowledge regarding the fundamental social, cultural, political, and economic problems of the states and peoples in the Eurasian geography, as well as their strengths and weaknesses in international competition.
PÇ5	Ability to comparatively evaluate the main actors, regional dynamics, global interactions, and power struggles in the Eurasian geography at an international level.
PÇ6	Ability to design, conduct, and finalize original scientific research focused on the Turkic World using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed research methods.
