Learning Outcomes Of the Course 
1Defines the concepts and basic indicators related to demography and population.
2Examines and evaluates the changes in the population structure of the world and Turkey's historical and sociological aspects.
3Understands the social and health effects of population size, population growth and decline
4Knows the subject of fertility and factors affecting fertility
5Knows what health level indicators are and what they mean.
6Gains skills in calculation methods of health level indicators.
7Learns the common causes of morbidity and mortality in the community and their current values
8Learns population, disease, maternal and child health and health-related problems, indicators and current values, makes comparisons between societies and countries.
9Have knowledge about family and population relationship, family and health relationship
10Learns the characteristics and health problems of special population groups (mother, infant, child, youth, elderly and disadvantaged population groups)
