Course Objective
Geomorphology-human relationship, the geographical space, the environmental conditions, erosion and morphological evolution in denudasyonal functioning systems, considering human needs in terms of geomorphology and land use interventions apply, in the identification of risk areas in order to perform scientific and technical studies, field studies, engineering applications, mapping and planning efforts for projects with scientific and technical proficiency, be prepared for the attainment of.
Brief Content of the Course
Identification of the natural environment in today's modern engineering research and applications in terms of Engineering Geomorphology, methods and materials, processes functioning plains and mountainous areas, natural hazards and construction, position determination, mapping, natural balance, applied geomorphology methods based on morphological processes, quantitative data and modeling, measurements and evaluations. Environmental, coastal and urban and regional planning and practices, and the importance of choice in planning, basin analysis, coastal management plans, natural disaster risk maps, Slope Analysis, Hydro-morphology studies.
