Course Objective
Internet is an important tool in terms of formation and transfer of opinions. The effect of the Internet on the formation of opinions and ideologies, whether it is a field where alternative ideas are expressed is important. Therefore, the culture of democracy, publicity and ethics of debate on the internet must be handled in terms of the participation and usage practices of individuals. In this course, it is aimed to discuss the relationship between social media and democracy and its importance in terms of democracy.
