Course Objective
Introducing the basic concepts and the schools of psychology of religion along with its pioneering scholars. Analysing the religious phenomena from psychology point of view.
Brief Content of the Course
Psychology of religion and the approach of the founders of psychology to religious phenomena are described. The views of following psychologists, Freud, Jung, Adler, James, Kohlberg, Piaget, Frankl, Maslow, and Fromm are discussed.
