Course Objective
To teacher candidate students; Measuring and evaluating educational activities within the education and training system; To develop valid, reliable and useful measurement tools for these processes, to gain the power to apply them, analyze and evaluate the results.

Eğitimde ölçme ve değerlendirmenin yeri ve önemi, ölçme ve değerlendirme ile ilgili temel kavramlar, ölçme araçlarının özellikleri, eğitimde kullanılan ölçme aracı çeşitleri, özellikleri ve geliştirilmeleri, ölçme sonuçları üzerinde yapılan temel istatistiksel işlemler, öğrenme çıktılarını değerlendirme, not verme, alanı ile ilgili ölçme aracı geliştirme, ölçme araçlarını analiz etme.
