Course Objective
To reveal the basic methods of public opinion research.
Brief Content of the Course
In this course, the concept of public opinion and its formation process will be discussed. The effects of opinion leaders, mass media, psychological, socio-cultural and institutional factors in shaping public opinion will be examined. In addition, models, types and basic research methods of public opinion research will be discussed and the issue of sustainability in public opinion research will be discussed.
