Course Objective
The aim of this course is to teach students the methods of calculating quantities and cost analysis in construction projects, and to understand the budgeting and discovery processes. Students will be able to make economic plans by calculating the costs in construction projects and will gain financial management skills in the construction sector.
Brief Content of the Course
This course covers quantity take-off and cost calculation techniques in construction projects. Topics such as quantity take-off calculation methods, construction cost analysis, surveying and entitlement arrangement, budget planning, cost control techniques, financial management processes in construction projects are covered. Students will gain practical skills in cost calculation and budgeting in construction projects.
