Course Objective
The aim of this course, the management concept and consequently, the structure and functioning of the state, to teach. In addition to student government to act on this lesson and understand the processing tool, public administration and management structure in Turkey. Today, the attempted reforms of the state to reduce the growing and complex tasks, intended to make public administration more effective and efficient.
