Course Objective
The aim of the Instrumental Analysis Laboratory course is to reinforce the operating principles of the devices as well as to provide students with the ability to interpret the spectrum and perform characterization.
Brief Content of the Course
Chromatographic separation method, tlc, column chromatography, gas chromatography, NMR, UV and IR spectrometers, Mass spectrometer and Atomic absorption spectrometer
