Course Objective
Acquiring basic theoretical knowledge about tax in accordance with the legal regulations in the Tax Procedure Law No. 213.
Brief Content of the Course
The course covers the place of tax law in the legal system, its relationship with other branches of law, distinctions regarding tax law, sources of tax law, implementation of tax laws, rules of interpretation in tax law, basic concepts regarding taxation, duties of the taxpayer, valuation and depreciation in tax law, tax administration and organizational structure, information acquisition and auditing methods of the tax administration.
