Course Objective
While commercial law regulates commercial relations between businesses, traders and individuals, it imposes some rights and obligations on the parties. The provisions regarding all these are basically gathered in the Turkish Commercial Code. The main purpose of the course is to teach the basic subjects of commercial law and to gain the ability to comment on the solution of the basic problems that may be encountered in daily life.

Basic subjects of commercial law, basic information about company law and company types, characteristics and establishment processes of company types, basic information about negotiable instruments law.
