Learning Outcomes Of the Course 
1Understanding the Basic Principles: At the end of the course, students should be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the basic legal principles and concepts of labor law and social security law, including the rights and responsibilities of employers and employees and the structure of social law.
2 Comprehensive Knowledge: After completing this course, students will have a comprehensive understanding of the basic principles, concepts and legal frameworks governing labor law and social security law at both national and European levels.
3Ethics and Social Awareness: Graduates of this course will be equipped with the knowledge and ethical awareness necessary to recognize and address social justice and equality issues in labor markets and social protection systems.
