Course Objective
After the general view of the landscape architecture application and application process of landscape architecture will be focused on the construction process. Stakeholders who are involved in the construction phase will be dealt with the role of each stakeholder in the process by taking into account business owners / clients, designers, main contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, equipment suppliers and consultants on various subjects. Subsequently, site preparation and establishment, issues to be considered in this regard, legal dimension of work, permissions to be taken, insurance, site manager and other stakeholders' responsibilities, administrative work which must be fulfilled in order to realize the desired quality in accordance with the planned budget, time management, cost control, material management, equipment management, contract management, change management, time and budget deviations, disagreements, legal requirements, work safety issues, completion of work and delivery process.
