Course Objective
Human Resources Management is a process in which human resources needs are evaluated, resolved, and the necessary incentives and working environment are provided to obtain the best efficiency from the hired personnel, and it is a business function that contributes to the realization of organizational goals such as production, marketing and finance. In addition, today, Human Resources management plays a major role in the strategic planning of the enterprise and has a strategic importance in the human power, profit and general efficiency of the organization. All of the highly competitive, famous and large enterprises say that the power that brings them to this position is their investment in people. When we look at the human resources profile of these enterprises, it is seen that the people who are well educated, analyze the environment, research, learn and teach continuously, have a vision for the future, know how to share, have adaptability, and are open to change. Having a qualified workforce is a prerequisite for an effort to excel in competition. It is also necessary to use this workforce at the right time, in the right place and in the right way. These conditions and rationale make human resources management and managers indispensable in today's businesses. The main purpose of human resources management is to contribute to the efficiency, productivity and profitability of the business by creating employees who think happy, productive and positive.
