Course Objective
The objective is to study general and field-specific English terms and topics, and to equip the students with English reading, writing and listening skills in their professional fields.
Brief Content of the Course
Revision of grammar rules previously learnt; creating question sentences; introduction of passive sentences and structures of passive sentences in various tenses; clause structures such as relative, adverb, time adverb, discrete and conditional adverb; conjunctions and their use in sentences and paragraphs; professional terms; reading comprehension and translation; ability to express oneself; preparing reports and presentations.
