Course Objective
The social studies curriculum underwent a major change in 2005. This change continued in the 2018 curriculum and the importance of education for sustainable development from the Social Studies perspective was revealed. For the continuation of social cohesion and sustainable social development, our values must be transferred to new generations. Universal values are essential for ensuring and sustaining world peace. The most appropriate course of value teaching is the Social Studies course. Therefore, values education is important for to question "what" and "how"
