Course Objective
The aim is to train graduates who are capable of conducting a productive discussion on the origins, nature, and development of the state, and who can explain the principles and institutions of the modern state in light of its historical development.
Brief Content of the Course
It is aimed to give general information on the subject and development of general public law, the definition and nature of the state, the views put forward about the birth of the state, state theories and the positive development of the state, the concept of the modern state, the elements of the state and the legislative-executive-judicial issues. The concept of sustainability will be tried to be explained within the framework of this information that every citizen should know.
