To understand the people and behavior of the working life, to know the working person and to know the reasons of his behavior To obtain scientific information.

Definition of work psychology, relationship of work psychology with other disciplines, psychological dimensions of job analysis, employee selection, employee training and performance appraisal processes in terms of ensuring harmony between employees and work environment conditions, work environment conditions and individual results, physical, social and internal environmental conditions of the work and working time conditions, Motivation, factors affecting motivation, motivation theories, demotivation, stress, factors affecting stress, ways of coping with stress, job satisfaction, dissatisfaction and ergonomics.
