Course Objective
The aim of this course is to help students understand the importance of volunteering in sports, introduce the processes of volunteer management, and develop their ability to actively participate as volunteers in sports organizations.
Brief Content of the Course
Historical development of volunteering in sports, types of volunteering, motivations of volunteers, volunteer management, rights and responsibilities of volunteers, volunteering practices in major sports events, national and international volunteering examples.
