Learning Outcomes Of the Course 
1To know the Ottoman institution of civilization, and its bibliography.
2To be acquired knowledge of about organization of the Ottoman Palace (Palaces, Staffs, Sultan and others).
3To know the Ottoman central and provincial organization, and administrative organs of those who work here and to understand the changes after the Tanzimat Era.
4To know Ottoman Ilmiye class, educational institutions and officials .
5To be informed about Ottoman military organization and officials .
6To recognize the Ottoman law system.
7 To realize that the difference is the relationship between civilization and institutions.
8To compare institutions of the Ottoman Civilization with institutions of contemporary civilization
9To understand Current organizational structure of the Turkish state the impact of having a history of institutions.
