Course Objective
It is aimed for students to gain awareness about their own communication styles and their strengths and areas open to development in communication. Moreover; The course aims to increase both their personal and corporate success thanks to the effective communication skills they acquire. Definition, elements and characteristics of communication and effective communication, language used, self-awareness, effective listening and feedback, factors that hinder and facilitate communication, persuasive communication, the role and use of emotions in communication, effective communication techniques, conflict in communication and its prevention, non-verbal communication skills. , rules of behavior in social life; It includes the adoption of good manners and courtesy, communication practices and relations of communication with other disciplines.
