The “Agriculture Career Cafe” event, organized in collaboration between the Niğde Provincial Directorate of National Education Career Development and Application Center (KARGEM) and the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies, aimed to strengthen inter-institutional communication, increase the sharing of information and experiences, and explore career opportunities in the agricultural sector.

Managers and personnel from both institutions actively participated in the event, and mutual introductory activities were conducted. Participants presented comprehensive information about the fields of activity, projects, training opportunities, and future goals of their respective institutions. This allowed the institutions to get to know each other better.

Following this, an exchange of ideas took place in a friendly and interactive environment. Topics such as career planning in the agricultural sector, professional development opportunities, applied training opportunities, and the needs of the sector were particularly emphasized.
