The establishment of the “Department of Data Science and Analytics” within our Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences has been approved by the Council of Higher Education on March 24, 2026. The decision has been communicated to our faculty via the YÖKSİS/ABAYS system.

With this new department, it is aimed to educate qualified individuals in areas such as big data, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics. We wish this development to be beneficial for our university and students.
