New Division and Master’s Program Established at Our University

The proposal to establish the “Interdisciplinary Computer Science and Information Technologies” Division and to launch the “M.Sc. Program in Information Sciences and Technologies (with Thesis)” has been approved at the Executive Board meeting of the Council of Higher Education dated February 18, 2026. The decision has been received through the YÖKSİS/Academic Unit Tree Management System (ABAYS).

With the establishment of this new division and graduate program, it is aimed to conduct advanced education and research activities in the field of information technologies through an interdisciplinary approach. The program is expected to contribute to academic development and to the training of highly qualified experts in the field.
