The objective of the Textile, Clothing, Footwear and Leather Department's Clothing Production Technology Program is to train qualified Garment Technicians who possess the skills to identify, collect, and effectively use the data necessary to solve defined problems; who can apply their theoretical knowledge, mental skills, and manual skills to practical applications; who can effectively use computer-aided design and production management software; who are aware of social responsibility, ethical values, quality control, occupational safety, occupational health, and environmental protection; who have acquired project development and management competence; who have developed communication skills, creativity, and entrepreneurship; who are prone to teamwork; who have internalized knowledge and skills built upon the fundamental concepts of the field; and who are aware of Atatürk's Principles and the History of the Revolution.
