To the attention of our international students,
In order to protect our university students against Covid-19 Pandemic disease and we need to take some precautions, the HES code received via the Hayat Eve Sığar application offered by the Ministry of Health or via SMS must be entered into the Student Automation system (OGRIS) by all the students as well as international ones.
Students who do not define the HES (Life Fits Home) Code to the OGRIS automation system will not be able to register for the course.
How to get HES code for those who do not have a foreign identity in the Republic of Turkey?
Write HES on your mobile SMS message application and by leaving a space between them, respectively please write; Nationality, Passport number, Date of Birth ( as year), Surname you need to send and SMS message to 2023.
FOR EXAMPLE: HES Country H42434275 2001 Surname
The Students who has foreing identity number given by the Republic of Turkey (foreign identity numbers starting with 97, 98 and 99);
Please , write HES as an SMS message on your mobile application and by leaving a space between them, respectively go on with;
Foreigner ID number, Date of Birth (as year), Sharing time (Number of days) and these can be sent to 2023 as an SMS message to get HES code.

Regarding the vaccination of our international students;
Vaccine definitions of international foreign students who come to our country for education have been registered to YÖKSİS system with YÖK Student Number (987…) by the Ministry of Health. These students will be able to get vaccinated if they apply to the hospital with their given YÖK Student Number.
NOTE: If you do not know about your YÖK student number, please get in touch with the Students’ Affairs Office at the Rectorate.
