The 8th International Turkish Science and Engineering World Congress (TURK-COSE) will be held at Akhmet Yasavi University (TURKISTAN-KAZAKHSTAN) from December 3-5, 2026, organized by Akhmet Yasavi University (TURKISTAN-KAZAKHSTAN), Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University (KTMU), Azerbaijan Technical University (AZTU), and Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University (NOHU), with both in-person and online participation. TURK-COSE 2026 focuses on topics such as Information and Telecommunication Technologies, Natural and Applied Sciences, Physics and Technical Sciences, Materials Science, Building Technologies and Engineering, Agricultural Sciences and Contemporary Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Transportation and Energy, Engineering Theory and Applications, and Medicine and Health Sciences.

• Speakers from at least 5 different countries will participate and make FACE-TO FACE+ONLINE presentations.
• The accepted, registered and presented papers of full texts and abstracts will be published in the BOOK of PROCEEDINGS numbered with the ISBN and in the BOOK of ABSTRACTS respectively.
• * Extended / revised version of the proceedings in English selected by TURK-COSE 2026 Regulatory Board in the will be proposed for publication in Mathematical Modelling and Numerical Simulation with Applications (indexed by SCOPUS & TRDizin), Bulletin of Biomathematics (indexed by TRDizin), MANAS Journal of Engineering (indexed by TRDizin), Eurasian Journal of Science, Engineering, and Technology (indexed by Crossref).
