Planning and Review Meeting for Quality Processes
At the meeting held this week by our Coordination Office, the Administrative Staff Satisfaction Survey questions were reviewed and necessary adjustments were discussed. Evaluations were made regarding the scope and comprehensibility of the questions.
The meeting also reviewed the Management Review Meeting Report and provided a general assessment of the ongoing work.
Furthermore, dates were set for Unit Quality Visits, creating a visit schedule. Agreement was reached on conducting the process in a planned and coordinated manner.
