The Quality Coordination Office's process calendar was updated, and planning and monitoring activities were reorganized. Unit Quality Visits were evaluated, and strengths and areas for improvement were identified. Furthermore, the process of tracking the Internal Institutional Assessment Report (IIAR) was systematically continued, and reporting preparations were accelerated.

These efforts aim to ensure that quality assurance processes are carried out more effectively and sustainably throughout the institution.
