During quality visits to the departments of our university, the work carried out by the units was evaluated from various perspectives. During the visits, the current state of quality management practices was discussed, and views were exchanged on how to make processes more systematic.

In particular, maintaining the currency of information and content belonging to the units, planning and executing work in line with specific goals, and effectively applying the PUKÖ cycle in process management were highlighted. In addition, the need for regular monitoring of activities, analysis of results, and taking improvement steps based on the data obtained was emphasized.
