Support Provided to Children with Leukemia Within the Scope of the Elif Sena Heart Light Project

Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University Faculty of Dentistry carried out a meaningful social responsibility initiative using the donations collected during the charity event organized as part of Leukemia Children’s Week, observed between 2–8 November.

With the contributions received, various gifts were delivered to children undergoing leukemia treatment at the Kanka Children’s Hematology, Oncology and Bone Marrow Hospital, aiming to support their morale and well-being. The activities were carried out under the Elif Sena Heart Light Project, contributing significantly to our university’s community engagement efforts.

We extend our gratitude to our Community Engagement Coordinatorship, academic and administrative staff, students, and all volunteer donors for their valuable support to this initiative.

Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University will continue to contribute to social responsibility projects that bring hope and joy to children.
