At our center, the training activities included in the annual training plan within the scope of Healthcare Quality Standards have been successfully completed.

Within this framework, trainings were organized on key topics such as the safe and efficient use of work equipment, prevention of staff injuries, patient reception processes in clinics and satisfaction surveys, as well as incident reporting. Through these trainings, it was aimed to enhance the knowledge level of our personnel and strengthen their awareness.
