An important training program was conducted for the staff working at Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University Oral and Dental Health Application and Research Center within the scope of the 2025 Annual Training Plan.

Prior to the training, a 2025 Training Needs Analysis was implemented to assess the knowledge level of the personnel. In line with the results of this analysis, the training sessions were delivered by Nurse Gülçin AKPINAR.

The training program covered the following topics:

·         Hand hygiene,

·         Infection control measures,

·         Isolation precautions,

·         Waste management,

·         Use of personal protective equipment, and

·         Measures related to staff safety and occupational injuries.

Through this training program, it was aimed to enhance professional knowledge and awareness among employees and to strengthen patient and staff safety.
