Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University Faculty of Dentistry held a training program entitled “Etiquette and Manners, Patient and Staff Communication, and Official Correspondence Rules” on October 8, 2026, at the Prof. Dr. İlter Uzel Auditorium. The program aimed to contribute to the professional development of academic and administrative staff and strengthen institutional communication processes.

The training was delivered by Prof. Dr. Murat Koçyiğit, Dean of the Faculty of Communication. The session covered the importance of etiquette and manners in professional life, key considerations in communication with patients and colleagues, effective communication methods, and the principles of official correspondence.

The program, attended by the Faculty’s academic and administrative staff, provided information on improving internal communication, enhancing patient satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with established standards in official correspondence processes.

The training contributed to enhancing participants’ professional knowledge and awareness.
