Within the scope of the Anadolu Universities Union, 46 academicians from our university participated in the “Training of Trainers Program”, which was coordinated by Amasya University and held online between June 13 and August 20, 2025, with the participation of member universities. The participants successfully completed the program and became entitled to receive certificates.

This comprehensive training program, lasting approximately ten weeks, was organized with the aim of strengthening the culture of quality in higher education and enhancing the pedagogical and digital competencies of academic staff.

Throughout the program, participants were offered 20 different training modules on a wide range of topics, including leadership, analytical thinking, preparation of course information packages, educational technologies, classroom management, effective communication, assessment and evaluation, student-centered teaching, and innovative learning environments.

The training sessions were conducted by expert academicians and professional trainers. Through interactive sessions and practical activities, participants gained knowledge about current methods and tools that can be applied in their educational practices.
