The cookies made during the workshop were offered to the center staff.

Organized in collaboration with Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University Oral and Dental Health Application and Research Center and the Coordinatorship of Community Engagement, with contributions from the Culinary Arts Program of the Vocational School of Social Sciences, the hand-shaped cookie-making workshop held as part of World Hand Hygiene Day on May 5th was completed as both an informative and delightful event.

The cookies prepared during the event were served to the staff of the Oral and Dental Health Application and Research Center at the end of the program. Aiming to raise awareness among the staff about hygiene, this meaningful event also brought a sweet touch to their day.

The sharing of the cookies made during the workshop strengthened the social impact aspect of the event and was seen as a productive and sincere outcome of interdepartmental collaboration within the university. The interest and satisfaction shown by the staff once again highlighted the importance of such events in terms of community contribution.

During the distribution of the cookies, participants also had the opportunity to engage in conversations about the role of hand hygiene in daily life. The event concluded in a warm and friendly atmosphere, with hopes expressed for similar activities to be repeated regularly in the future.
