As part of Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University’s 2025 GençFest activities, our Faculty of Dentistry actively participated in the event by setting up a booth at the 15 July National Will Square on the Main Campus, with the involvement of both academic staff and students.

At the booth organized by our faculty, clinical practices carried out within the Faculty of Dentistry were introduced, and informative materials on oral and dental health were shared. Visitors also received oral hygiene education, and oral health screenings were performed. These activities, carried out with the voluntary participation of our students, attracted significant interest from attendees.

Throughout the event, the activities aimed at raising public awareness on oral and dental health contributed meaningfully to the university’s mission of social responsibility.

Our Faculty of Dentistry remains committed to participating in such activities that prioritize scientific and social benefit, and will continue its efforts to promote public health.
