“Trainer Training Program” Participation Certificates Sent to Departments
Our university continues to successfully conduct Trainer Training Programs organized for academic and administrative staff. Participants who have successfully completed the program have earned the right to receive a certificate of participation. The certificates prepared within the scope of the program have been sent to the relevant departments and are being delivered to the participants through their respective units.
Within the scope of the Trainer Training Program; training sessions have been conducted on Effective Presentation Preparation and Presentation Techniques, Active Learning Method, Measurement and Evaluation in Education, Artificial Intelligence and Applications, Basic Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Digital Education Tools and Learning Technologies, Managerial Skills and Approaches, Coping with Burnout and Stress, Work-Life Balance and Time Management, Technology Literacy for University Staff in the Digital Age, Measurement Tool Development Processes, Curriculum Design, Teaching Methods and Techniques, Official Correspondence and Protocol Rules, Leadership, New Communication Technologies, Human Relations and Communication, Body Language in Communication, Diction and Effective Speaking Training, Classroom Management and Adult Education, and Sustainable Approaches in Education.
NÖMER aims to increase the quality of services at our university, support the professional development of staff, and strengthen their digital competencies through such programs.
