Faculty Presentation Held as Part of Agricultural Career Cafe Meetings

As part of the Agricultural Career Cafe Meetings, an introductory meeting was held regarding the general structure, departments, and opportunities offered to students of the Ayhan Şahenk Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies. The program, attended by department heads, academic staff, and students, provided information about the faculty's educational, research, and application opportunities.

During the meeting, our Dean, Prof. Dr. Ahmet ŞEKEROĞLU, provided information about the educational and research areas of the Plant Production and Technologies, Agricultural Genetic Engineering, Animal Production and Technologies, Biosystems Engineering, and Precision Agriculture and Agricultural Robotics departments. Participants were informed about the faculty's 100% English-language education, advanced laboratory infrastructure, application and research fields, international education and internship programs, and post-graduation career opportunities.

The program also included information about the non-refundable scholarship opportunities provided by the Ayhan Şahenk Foundation, accommodation options at the Ayhan Şahenk Student Dormitory on campus, and social and academic opportunities available to students.

Following the presentation, a question-and-answer session was held where students' questions regarding faculties, departments, scholarship conditions, accommodation options, international exchange programs, internship opportunities, and post-graduation career options were answered by the department heads.

The program contributed to students getting to know the faculty and departments more closely and obtaining direct information about the educational and career opportunities offered.
