An online Trainer Training Program was organized by NÖMER in October to contribute to the professional development of our university’s academic staff. Within the scope of the program, participants received training under four different themes on contemporary teaching approaches, assessment and evaluation processes, and next-generation educational technologies.

The training sessions covered the topics “Effective Presentation Preparation and Delivery Techniques,” “Active Learning Method,” “Assessment and Evaluation in Education,” and “Artificial Intelligence and Its Applications.” Through these sessions, participants not only gained knowledge about innovative strategies applicable to teaching processes but also had the opportunity to experience practical examples.

At the end of the program, it was announced that participants who successfully completed the training would be awarded certificates of participation. NÖMER aims to enhance the quality of teaching and to support academics in adapting to the requirements of the digital age through such training programs.
