NÖMER organized an online Training of Trainers Program on January 22–23, 2026, to contribute to the professional development of our university's academic staff. The two-day program included various training sessions aimed at supporting both the professional and personal development of academic staff. Participants received information on digital access and digital ethics, digital security, digital citizenship, assessment tool development processes, teaching and learning models, learning outcomes, education and evaluation in instructional design, and teaching methods and techniques.

The training sessions were held on the topics of “Technology Literacy for University Staff in the Digital Age,” “Assessment Tool Development Processes,” “Curriculum Design,” and “Teaching Methods and Techniques.” The program contributed to the participants' awareness of current educational approaches.

At the end of the program, it was stated that participation certificates would be given to participants who successfully completed the training. NÖMER aims to improve teaching quality and contribute to academics' adaptation to the requirements of the digital age through such training.
