March “Training of Trainers Program” for Our University's Academic Staff

Organized by our University’s Teaching and Learning Center (NÖMER), the “Train-the-Trainer Program” was held online on March 26–27, 2026, with the aim of contributing to the professional and personal development of academic staff.

Within the scope of the program, participants received comprehensive training from expert instructors in the following topics:

1. Body Language in Communication
2. Diction and Effective Speaking Training
3. Classroom Management and Adult Education
4. Sustainable Approaches in Education

Throughout the two-day program, it was aimed to strengthen the communication skills of academic staff, improve their effective presentation techniques, and help them adopt contemporary educational approaches. At the end of the program, it was stated that participants who successfully completed the training would be awarded certificates of participation.
